Sign in and user accounts
Every backend on Typestate can let people sign up and sign in. You choose how they sign in, and what each person may read and change.
How Typestate does it
- Sign up and sign in with an email and a password work from the first release.
- Your agent turns on Google, GitHub, Microsoft or any OpenID Connect provider, with your own app at that provider.
- A record can belong to the person who made it, and a rule on the record type says who may read it.
What you can do with it
- Let customers sign in with Google or with a password.
- Give people roles, and limit an action to one role.
- Admit only addresses at your company's domain.
- Let a person delete their own account.
